The Board of Directors has been informed of the progress of the work to demolish part of their third tier of the Gol Sur at Spotify Camp which began on 1 September with preliminary work and the removal of the Gol Sur video scoreboard amongst other activities. The work takes advantage of the hiatus in competition due to this year's World Cup in November and December.
The Board of Directors express their gratitude to the members affected by the initial construction work for their understanding and help. The great majority will be relocated in similar seats, or even better ones; a small minority have chosen the option of suspending their season ticket.
Elsewhere, the Advanced Basic Project for the refurbishment of Spotify Camp Nou, with the Japanese company Nikken Sekkei overseeing together with IDOM and b720 Fermín Vázquez Arquitectos, is now considered complete, with their contract ending on 15 August of this year.
